The Training Programme develops the capacity to think from this epistemology. It teaches people to perceive differently and to recognize the patterns that organize living systems.
Family and Organizational Constellations create experiential contexts that support perceptual, relational, and embodied reorganization.
The Training in Integrative Community Therapy (ICT) strengthens dialogue, belonging, and the collective construction of meaning while remaining fully aligned with this same epistemological perspective. Instituto Rosa da Terra is an ABRATECOM Care Hub.
Mentoring programmes support professionals in applying this epistemology within their own personal, clinical, educational, or organizational contexts.
Interventions in organizations and educational settings translate these same principles into leadership, learning, institutional development, and organizational culture.

A comprehensive 24-month programme for those who wish to develop the capacity to perceive and work with the patterns that organize human life through theoretical rigor, experiential practice, and continuous supervision.
Eleven graduating cohorts have already completed this journey, forming a growing community of professionals who have learned to perceive differently and act from that expanded awareness in both personal and professional life.
